How to Change Your Password

To change your password, please contact River Valley Telecommunications Coop or Technical Support at 1-800-205-1110.

After you've changed your password with River Valley Telecommunications Coop you will need to change it in your computer.

NOTE: You'll need to change the password in two different areas of your computer; your internet connection and your email client.

To change the password for your connection
Choose your operating system:

95/98  Me  2000  NT  XP
PPP  Remote Access  OS X

To change the password in your email program
Choose your email program:

Outlook Express 4  Outlook Express 5/6
